The architectural practice of Bayliss Design was established in Lichfield in 1956 as E M Bayliss & Partners, becoming a Limited Company in 1995.
The Practice offers a full architectural service from initial concept design to project completion, having specialist knowledge in the Petroleum Forecourt and Distribution Warehousing Design sectors of the market.
Our Client base has ranged from plc's and subsidiaries of multinational companies through to independent forecourt retailers, individual distribution, warehouse and manufacturing concerns to developers, building contractors and individuals. Our centrally located offices provide the ideal base to cover developments nationwide.
The Practice has, for many years, been one of the leading specialists for the design of petrol service stations, providing nationwide services to both the major oil companies and the independent sectors of the market and from 1st September 2010 our Petroleum Forecourt section has been enhanced with the addition of the Consultant services of Alec Cornish-Trestrail of ACT Design.
The Practice also has extensive experience in the development of commercial, industrial and warehousing projects, with an emphasis on buildings allied to parcel distribution and logistics related businesses.
